Dog Portraits with Headphones
Wireless headphones are tricky to place on a dog’s head. I ended up using mini top hats as well as just placing the headphones around her neck. They make a great fashion accessory! Sheila always wears the hats well and she is so patient while we get everything set. We had a great time taking the photos and now I get to enjoy these awesome headphones… and lose the cord!
The headphones came folded inside a cool, rigid carrying case. Also inside the case was a pocket that contained a charging cable and a connection cable, in case you ever need to plug in. The carrying case is secured with a zipper and looks very nice.
The large ear pads fit well over my ears and the soft leather feels light and comfortable. Bluetooth connectivity was effortless. Pairing was instant and trouble free. I have to admit, I didn’t have high expectations because I had never heard of Ghostek and I already own headphones that I thought were good quality. I even told my wife that after the photo shoot and my review, the headphones were hers. I’m now regretting that comment.
The bass is incredible! Listening to hip-hop or rock will definitely make you want to get up and move! The bass is solid and punchy. It doesn’t sound like an overgrown subwoofer in the trunk of a low budget import vehicle. Voices sound smooth and rich. The higher range notes sound good, though they could possibly be just a bit crisper. Overall, I have really enjoyed listening to music through these headphones.
A built-in microphone makes it easy to take an important call. The caller sounds crystal clear and I had no complaints about being heard. The headphones look classy in white with the brushed gold accents. I can’t say for sure how long the battery lasts because it hasn’t died yet. The list price for these is $99.95. I think that is a great value.
Yes, I’m going to miss these. I know the wife will enjoy them.
